What We Are Learning:

Reading - I can use strategies to solve hard words.

Math - I can add and subtract with numbers up to 10.

Writing - I can write a small moment story.

Science - I can predict and identify changes in materials from heating or cooling.

Social Studies - I can identify and describe the role of public officials int he community, state, and nation.

Your child is welcome to bring a snack to school each day! As a grade level we want to ensure that each child always has something to eat when they are hungry! Snack donations to your child's classroom are greatly appreciated. Please make sure that if your child is in the peanut free class that the snack you send does not have peanuts! Snacks do not just have to be in individual bags, anything is appreciated!

Paying PTA membership dues helps support these things but does not mean you are required to volunteer. There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the year if you are available, and as a member of the PTA you will be the first to hear about them. We hope you will join us as we support our students and teachers with an extraordinary 2022-23 school year!
