Dear Lipscomb Families,

As we Spring Forward and close out Quarter 3 this week, I want to thank you for your continued partnership in supporting our students’ growth. It has been a strong quarter of learning, and we are proud of the progress students are making across grade levels.

This week includes several opportunities to stay connected — Spring Class Pictures on Tuesday, PTA Spirit Night on Wednesday, and virtual parent meetings for our 5th grade Camp Grady Spruce trip on Tuesday and Thursday evening. Your engagement in these moments helps build the strong school community our students deserve.

As we head into Spring Break, please continue encouraging strong attendance and daily reading at home. We look forward to starting Quarter 4 refreshed and ready for a strong finish to the school year.

We are proud to recognize Mr. Joseli Zacarias as this week’s Parent of the Week. Mr. Zacarias has been an active and dedicated parent on our campus and continues to play an instrumental role in supporting our school. Each year, he partners with Lipscomb staff to help out if anything is needed around school.

This year, he has supported staff with volunteering and helped out tremendously on our black history month celebration event. We are grateful to have Mr. Zacarias as part of our school community and are honored to recognize Mr.Zacarias for his continued commitment and service.

National Pi Day on March 14th recognizes the mathematical constant π. Also known as pi, the first three and most recognized digits are 3.14. The day is celebrated by pi enthusiasts and pie lovers alike!
