Login Information Now Available

Bus-rider families,
If you haven’t already, its time to get setup with our new Stopfinder app.
- Find the email – Subject: “Welcome to Stopfinder” (check junk/spam/promotions folders).
- Open the most recent email – Old email link won't work.
- Activate your account – Click the link in the email (required to set up your account).
- Download the app – Get Stopfinder from the App Store and Google Play.
✅ Ready for a smooth start next week!
If you’ve already activated your Stopfinder account and downloaded the app, you don’t need to take any further action — any additional ‘Welcome to Stopfinder’ emails are simply a reminder for those still getting set up.
Need Help?
Additional Stopfinder invite emails went out Aug. 14-15. If you did not receive an email invitation to activate your Stopfinder account (and you checked your spam, junk, and promotions folders), don't panic! Complete the Transportation Assistance Form. We are working through submissions as quickly as we can.
Route Information
You can still access your student's bus assignment and information through Focus at any time. All enrollment forms must be completed to be assigned a bus route.
For other transportation questions, contact your child's school.

Get Real-Time Bus Updates with Stopfinder:
The WSD is implementing a new app called Stopfinder for all bus-riding families. The app will be the only source of transportation notifications for parents and guardians, providing them with more accurate and timely communication.
If you want to know about bus delays or the estimated arrival time of your child’s bus, you must download and use the Stopfinder app. We will no longer send late bus notifications via text or email.
What Stopfinder Offers:
View your student’s daily transportation assignments, including transfer trips and stops.
- Securely share your student’s schedule with caregivers or other family members.
- Receive notifications and updates related to transportation.
- Receive real-time vehicle location notifications based on GeoAlert regions.

Important Access Information:
Access to student schedules in Stopfinder will be granted only to the student's primary contacts #1 and #2 as listed in Focus. These primary contacts can then share the schedule with others as needed.
