Principal Update
Welcome to week 8 of the school year! I cannot believe it is already the end of September! This is an exciting week as it is HOMECOMING WEEK! I have put the themes for the middle school below in the highlights for the week. Please encourage your students to participate in the themes! Also Orange Shirt Day is Tuesday. All students will be getting orange shirts to wear for that day. The Middle School will be partnering with the Mackert to have a prayer service on Tuesday morning and then Cecilia Fire Thunder will be talking to all the students after.
As we enter into October, the value of the month for the middle school will be Wowachantognake/Generosity. As with respect last month, we will be encouraging students to show generosity in all that they do and will encourage staff and students to highlight where they see genersoity being displayed. Please encourage your student to be generous this month in all they do!
As always please continue to help us encourage students to stay on top of their academics! Make sure your student is connecting with teachers about their work or for help in any way!
Here is to another fantastic week of learning and growing!! If you need to contact me for any reason please refer to the contact information below:

Please contact the school for any questions and we can get ahold of our nurse!
Cold and Flu/Strep
Cold and Flu, along with strep, season is upon us! Here are some things to keep everyone healthy:
- Wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap.
- Cover your cough and sneeze with your elbow or a tissue
- Make sure you're getting ample rest every night.
- Please DO NOT share anything with another student. This is an easy way to spread strep.
- Bring your own water bottles
