VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Please consider volunteering for the Scholastic Book Fair and/or Pizza Picasso Night. We would not be able to have these two wonderful events without wonderful volunteers!
LOST AND FOUND
Our lost and found bins are OVERFLOWING! If your child is missing something (a coat, boot(s), hat, sweatshirt, lunchbox, etc.) please have them look in the bins and check in the office for smaller items (glasses, jewelry, etc.). Bins are located by the office (bench), by the cafeteria and by the doors going out to the north and south playgrounds.
MARCH ATTENDANCE CHALLENGE
We are going to continue with our Weekly Grade-Level Attendance Challenge through the month of March. Each week, the classroom in each grade level with the highest attendance percentage will be awarded a special Attendance Trophy to celebrate their dedication to being present and ready to learn. The grade level with the highest attendance percentage for the entire month will receive a pizza party.
Attendance is key to student success, and we encourage all families to help their children arrive on time and attend school every day. Let's work together to build great habits and have some fun along the way!

MATT WILHELM ASSEMBLY
On Friday, February 28, WUSD 3rd and 4th grade students had the opportunity to travel to Riverside Middle School for an assembly with Matt Wilhelm. Matt, a BMX National Champion, presented an assembly focusing on Bullying Prevention and Kindness, Growth, Mindset and Resilience. Thanks to a generous donation from a community member, this assembly and transportation to RMS was provided at no cost to our students and families.
One of our Webster Wildcats got to go out on the floor and do a bike trick! AND one of our third grade teachers, Mrs. Gerike, got called on and Matt flew over her with his bike!
We received a poster that will be laminated and put up.
As always, our students showed respect and listened attentively to the show.
