IMPORTANT - Program Funding Forms
These forms were mailed to all ABL families - please complete and return them!
Hello Falcon Families,
The Marysville Joint Unified School District and Abraham Lincoln School need your help. Our top priority is to provide the best educational programs and services to support your child's success. As our partner in education, we need your assistance to ensure that this occurs by completing the School Program Funding Form. These forms are the primary way that our district receives funding for our students and our schools. Completing and returning the form to us will help make sure that your tax dollars are getting to your children.
As part of a state requirement to determine how our school district will be funded, we must obtain a School Program Funding Form for each household by October 31, 2026. If you have multiple children in the district, you will only need to complete one form and list all of your children on the same form.
It is very important to read through the instructions, as incomplete forms cannot be processed. Once completed, please return the form to the Abraham Lincoln School main office. Emailing the completed form is fine - you can scan the form or take a clear picture of it that can be easily read. Completed forms will assist us in ensuring our District receives the necessary resources to continue preparing all students for college and career.
We recognize that some of you have already provided this information using the Aeries Parent Portal. Since every form counts, we are asking families in multiple ways to make sure we are maximizing our available funding opportunities. Also, please note that we do not share these forms with any other government agency.
Many thanks for your assistance and support!
Although these forms were sent via traditional mail, you can access a digital copy of the form by accessing the attached file directly below:
