High-Five Fridays

This year, we are thrilled to launch an exciting new initiative designed to reinforce vital community bonds with first-responders in a fun and tangible way: High-Five Fridays! Beginning this fall, as students arrive at school, they’re being greeted by first-responders from a variety of local organizations. These greetings provide a moment of positive interaction, helping students start their day with a smile, while fostering trust with these respected community helpers and strengthening communication and overall preparedness with school staff.

Thank you to the following organizations for their continued partnership:

  • Mundelein Police Department
  • Lake County Sheriff’s Office
  • Wauconda Police Department
  • Countryside Fire Protection District
  • Lake County Forest Preserve

Community Supply Drive

Community service and volunteerism are embedded in our District Strategic Plan. In fact, during the 2024-25 school year, 100 percent of our students participated in a service project. It's all a part of educating our students how to give back to their community.

Our Fremont families are currently in desperate need of food donations and other resources as we approach the holiday season. Please consider joining our K-5 classes in our supply drive to support the Fremont Township Food Pantry. Donations are due by November 19. Please see the flyer below for more information. Thank you for your continued kindness and support!
