I hope that this message finds you safe and well! Shout out to our students who competed at the NC State Math Competition. Can't Deny that STEM Pride!
Students will begin reviewing for the EOGs during their core classes each day beginning on Monday, April 27. It is important that students are present each day and are engaged during EOG Review so that students will have the greatest chance of successfully demonstrating proficiency and growth. Also on Monday, we will conduct our April SIT Meeting beginning at 5:00pm via Zoom. Parent-Teacher conferences will be scheduled on Wednesday, April 29 from 3:30pm - 4:30pm. If you would like to schedule a conference, please click HERE to register. On Thursday, our track team will host a meet at home versus Cedar Creek and North Granville Middle Schools beginning at 4:00 pm.
Please note that in preparation for EOGs, STEM teachers will continue to provide afterschool tutoring each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm - 4:00pm. EOG Tutoring will be provided in ELA, Math and 8th grade Science. If interested, please click HERE to register your student for EOG tutoring. Please note that parents are expected to provide their own transportation.
Monday, May 4 - Friday, May 8 is Teacher Appreciation Week. We are so very proud of our instructional staff and appreciate their commitment to our students. We want to celebrate our teachers and we are collecting breakfast food items and $10 gift cards. If you are interested in donating breakfast food items or a gift card for a teacher, please sign up HERE.
Please visit our school's Facebook page to see the amazing STEM projects and activities produced by our scholars.
Thanks for all you do to support our students and staff!
