NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
No Parking at the K8 for Student Drop-Off/Pick-Up
We have received several concerns about parents using the Monarch K–8 parking lot to drop off and pick up high school students. We would like to remind everyone that this lot is reserved for K–8 use only.
All high school student drop-offs and pick-ups should take place in the designated car line at the high school. Using the correct location helps ensure safety and keeps traffic running smoothly for all staff, students and families.
Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe campus environment.
Hey, Monarch High School students! Sgt. Cabot & Dr. Groom from TopCops Driving School are coming to your school on April 13th from 11:30 PM - 1:00 PM to talk about staying safe on prom night!
- Make a plan for a safe ride home
-Try the drug & alcohol goggle simulation —see first hand how impaired driving affects your vision and reflexes
- Learn why even “just one” drink or drug can change everything
Prom should be a night to remember for all the right reasons.
Don’t risk your life—or someone else’s. Find a safe ride home.

SENIOR POSTERS are due April 9th – 17th
It has been a long-standing tradition at Monarch HS for senior families to create a photo poster to celebrate their graduating senior. Typically, these posters have been on display at Monarch HS for the week leading up to Prom/After Prom.
Please look here for senior poster guidelines and examples. Posters must be dropped off at the Monarch front office between April 9-17 and they should be collected April 27-30. Many families re-use these posters for graduation parties.
