DMS ANITA 💗 Stops Sending Back Data/Tracking
On Saturday May 30, 2026 at approximately 11:39 PM the DMS ANITA was moving pretty quickly and suddenly stopped sending back a GPS tracking signal. We've reached out to Cassie at Educational Passages to see if she had any additional information or ideas about what happened. She thought ANITA had possibly flipped over and was sailing along upside down. We're hoping she flips back over and recharges with the sun, or is spotted by a passing ship and rescued. We'll keep you informed as any information becomes available.
2026 Recycling Regatta Entries
Our 5th grade Champions of the Sea program successfully navigated their first field trip. They hopped on our district bus and traveled to the Mason Road School, from there, they led the way to the Dudley Beach.
Our sailboats were pushed out from the Dudley beach. Each boat contained a finder's note for the individuals that find our boats.
Gloves on! Beach Clean Up
While we were at the beach this afternoon, we spent some time picking up trash. We had two trash bag captains and all other members grabbing garbage, including Mrs. Kobel and Ms. Lynch.
