VIVI 2026

Hello!

VIVI 2026: WE GOT GAME is officially underway!

You're receiving this email because you are a key stakeholder in the success of the Westside Foundation and VIVI—and first and foremost, thank you. Your support, connections and enthusiasm help make VIVI an incredible evening and, more importantly, help the Foundation invest in opportunities for students and educators across Westside Community Schools.

This is the first of several updates you'll receive as we countdown to Saturday, October 17, 2026. Over the next few months, we'll share exciting event details, auction sneak peeks, ways to get involved and plenty of reasons to join us for the big night.

And this year, we're asking everyone to help us GET IN THE GAME!

A Special Thank You to Our Chairs

We are thrilled to have Kristen and Jason Papenfuss leading the way as our 2026 VIVI Chairs. We are incredibly grateful for their enthusiasm, leadership and commitment to Westside!

Get In The Game!

We're grateful to everyone who has already committed to VIVI 2026 through a sponsorship, table purchase, ticket purchase or auction donation. Thank you!

If VIVI is already on your calendar, but you haven't purchased tickets, now is the perfect time to snag your tickets or table. If you know a business, family or friend who loves Westside and believes in supporting public education, please help us spread the word. A personal invitation from someone connected to Westside can make all the difference.

There are so many ways to get in the game:

• Purchase your VIVI tickets and join us October 17
• Purchase a table and bring your friends, neighbors or colleagues
• Become a VIVI sponsor or connect us with a business that may be interested
• Donate or help secure an auction item or experience
• Share VIVI with your Westside network and encourage others to attend

Every ticket, table, sponsorship, auction donation and introduction moves us closer to our goal.

Why VIVI Matters

VIVI is a great party—but what happens because of VIVI is even better.

Support from VIVI helps the Westside Foundation fund programs and opportunities that reach students and educators throughout our district. From robotics and classroom innovation to literacy, the arts, inclusive programming and unique educational experiences, Foundation funding helps bring ideas to life that might not otherwise fit within the district budget.

Throughout the evening this year, you'll see some of that impact firsthand. After all, WE GOT GAME isn't just about playing games—it's about celebrating the talent, creativity, innovation and teamwork happening across Westside's schools every day.

Sponsorships Are Available

Corporate and individual sponsorship opportunities are still available for VIVI 2026, and we would love your help filling our sponsor roster!

Sponsorships received by October 1 will be recognized in the printed VIVI event program.

If you've sponsored VIVI in the past, we hope you'll consider joining us again. And if this is your first year, we'd love to welcome you to the team.

Thank You

Thank you for everything you do for Westside students and educators. We have an incredible night ahead of us—and with your help, we're going to make VIVI 2026 one to remember.
