Don’t delay - this event will sell out! Whether you've just started playing golf or are a regular at the course, one thing is undeniably true - you will have a great time at our PAR-TEE!

Reminder: This Thursday, September 21st is a 12:30pm Early Dismissal Day and there is No School on Friday, September 22nd due to the St. Mary's County Fair. Students get in to the Fair free until 5pm. Be sure to check out the Education buildings to see our wonderful display of artwork! Our FAW artists are talented! Enjoy the Fair!

There is also No School on Monday, September 25th due to a Professional Day for our Faculty.

A big thank you goes to Mrs. Gloria Anderson and Mrs. Kristin Wathen who helped hang the beautiful displays at the Fair.

A high five goes to Mrs. Gavin who works tirelessly to help each student be a true artist! Her extra efforts to select and mount this work to prepare them for the Fair does not go unnoticed.

Any students who are interested in joining chorus this year should submit an application to Mrs. Cacko by this Thursday, September 21st. This year, rehearsals will be held during the school day unless otherwise specified. Chorus requires a commitment of weekly or biweekly practices, First Friday Masses, and two concerts: winter and spring. Please contact Mrs. Cacko with any questions: cacko@fatherandrewwhite.org

After a four year break, Fall Fun Day will return to FAW on October 26th. Fall Fun Day is a carnival like morning for our students (and parents) with lots of games, activities, prizes and food. Mrs. Pietsch is chairing the event this year and she is looking for a co-chair to carry on Fall Fun Day next year. The co-chair will work with Mrs. Pietsch to secure vendors, prizes and volunteers. More info about Fall Fun Day activities and a call out for volunteers will be coming in October.
