As we head into April, we want to keep you informed about important dates and upcoming events. Please take a moment to review a few key dates below and explore the building and district-wide links for additional details.

Additionally, please be sure to click on our 2025-2026 Operational Referendum link. There is an important question coming your way on the April 7 ballot and your vote matters!

Key Dates & Reminders

*** April is Autism Awareness Month

April

• Monday, April 6: No School – Teacher Grading (AM) and All-Staff Training (PM).

• Tuesday, April 7: First Day of 4th Quarter & Election Day.

• Tuesday, April 7 – Monday, April 20: SCC Art Show – District student artwork on display at the Ho-Chunk Convention Center.

• Wednesday, April 8: 2-Hour Early Release – If you have not yet registered your child for Aftercare, please use [this Google Registration Form]. If you are already signed up but no longer require the service, please contact your school’s office.

• Friday, April 10: PAC Play "Magic School Bus" – District-wide field trip for 5K through 2nd Grade.

• Wednesday, April 15: Concert Band & Choir Large Group Festival – Hosted at Westfield. MS/HS bands perform in the morning; Choir performs all day.

• Wednesday, April 15: Top Ten Banquet – Honoring the highest-achieving Seniors in the South Central Conference.

• Friday, April 17: UW Varsity Band Concert – Music students traveling to the Kohl Center in Madison.

• Friday, April 17: Choir "Beyond the Notes" Festival – Middle School Choir (Grades 6–8) performance.

• Friday, April 24: 4K "Sundaes and Smiles" – A special event for 4K students and mom figures.

May

• Wednesday, May 6: Scholarship Night & Academic Awards – Recognizing student excellence and community-funded scholarships (6:00 PM).
  

• Saturday, May 9: FFA Awards Banquet – Celebrating achievements in agriculture and leadership.
  

• Wednesday, May 13: Band Senior Class Trip – A nostalgic "throwback" trip to Madison for the graduating class.
  

• Thursday, May 14: MS Band Concert- 6:00 PM
  

• Wednesday, May 20: HS Band Concert- 6:00 PM
  

• Friday , May 22 - MS Band - Beyond the Notes Festival at the Kalahari
  

• Monday, May 18 – Wednesday, May 20: Apostle Island Trip – A multi-day excursion for participating students.
  

• Saturday, May 30: Class of 2026 Graduation – A district-wide celebration featuring performances by band students in grades 8–11. Ceremony begins at 1:00 PM.
  

• Dates TBD: Elementary Carnivals – look for specific dates from your local school soon.

We’re excited to share a convenient way to manage your child’s lunch account — online payments are now available!

Please note that a small processing fee will apply to each online transaction. This fee goes directly to the payment processing provider and helps us maintain a secure and efficient system.

Or you can go into your Skyward account to Food Service. There you will see "Make a Payment" and you will have the option to make recurring payments as well.

In addition to Skyward Food Service, you can see your child's daily transactions.

We will continue to accept cash or checks in the school office for those who prefer traditional payment methods.

We hope this new system makes managing lunch accounts easier for busy families. Thank you for your continued support!
