Thank you to Ms. York, music teacher and our second graders for entertaining us with some fabulous Fall songs on Thursday evening!
WOW! What a fun time we all had at the Fall Festival! Thank you so much for your donations and coming out to support our school. Money raised will go directly back into our classrooms.
We have a busy week coming up! On Tuesday, November 3 our 3rd-5th grade students will take an ELA benchmark. Report cards will also come home, so please check your child's bookbag for a brown envelop. It needs to be signed and returned.
On Wednesday, November 4 we will have an Early Release Day. Car riders and walkers will be dismissed at 12:15 and bus riders at 12:30.
On Thursday, November 5 our 3rd-5th grade students will take a Math benchmark.
Our prek will have a Parent Committee Meeting at 1:45pm in the cafeteria followed by a Celebration of Learning in the classrooms.
Monday, November 9 is our Veterans Day Breakfast. Connection Church who adopted our school will be providing breakfast from iHop and 910 Coffee Company will be providing coffee. Please RSVP to this special event if you have ever served in a branch in the military, past or present.
Monday, November 9 is also Awards Day! If your child is receiving an award, your child's teacher will let you know.
Tuesday, November 10 our 5th Grade students will take the Science Benchmark.
Wednesday, November 11 is Veterans Day. There will be no school for staff or students.
Thursday, November 12 we will have our CharacterStrong Celebration.
Gratitude is November's Character Trait. Please take the time to read over the flyer, so that you can reinforce what gratitude means and how your child can show gratitude at home and school.
