Transportation Updates
The end of this school year and the beginning of next will be here before we know it! If you need alternate transportation for this upcoming school year, please fill out the alternate transportation form. If you had filled one out for this past school year, please also fill one out for next school year. Forms need to be completed annually.
This is for families who require different transportation arrangements (such as picking up and/or dropping off students at an alternate location). To sign up for alternate transportation, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Transportation Request Form: The form can be found at this link: Alternate Transportation Form
- Submit the Form: Please submit the completed form by August 14th, 2025. If it is submitted after this date, this transportation will not be guaranteed for the first week of school
- Confirmation: Check PowerSchool or contact your building administrator/administrative assistant to find transportation.
Please note that the availability of alternate transportation may be subject to space and routes, so we encourage you to submit the form as soon as possible.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact RaeAnn Lessing (Transportation Coordinator) by phone or email.

We appreciate your cooperation and helping us provide a smooth transportation experience for all our students. Thank you!
Annville Elementary Field Day 2025
Field day is scheduled for Friday, May 16th. All AE students will participate in numerous games, activities, and events. The following is a list of reminders to make field day a positive experience for all.
All students MUST wear sneakers with tied shoelaces/Velcro.
Field Day is a perfect time to wear our school colors of Red and White.
Hats, sunglasses, and water bottles are allowed, but students are responsible for their items.
Students should provide their own water bottle. Water is for drinking only. Students may not pour water over their heads.
Applying sunblock at home is recommended, or you may send it with your child, labeled with their name, to be applied in the nurse’s office.
Teachers, staff, and high school students are supervising the games. Parents are welcome to be spectators of the activities. Please report to the kiosk in the school office to sign in and receive a Visitor Badge.
Lunch Menu: Bagged lunches will be offered on field day to accommodate time restrictions.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with Mr. Brophy via email at mbrophy@acschools.org or by calling the school.
Annville-Cleona School District will hold a food drive starting Monday, May 12th. All donations will help The Caring Cupboard continue to support the Annville and Cleona communities over the summer when school is not in session. Donations can be dropped off in your child’s classroom. Please check expiration dates before donating. Thank you for your continued support!
