A BIG thank you!

We reached our Fun Run fundraising goal, and the event was such a fun day for our students! Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen! I also had a pretty memorable night camping on the roof! It was great seeing so many families who came by to visit. If you want to see how my roof survival journey went, click the photo below.

Morning Drop-Off Note

If your K–2 student arrives after 8:10, or is arriving right around that time, please have them enter through the gym doors. The K–2 entrance locks right at 8:10, and we want to make sure students can get into the building without having to wait outside.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-teacher conferences are just a few weeks away! If you haven’t heard from your child’s teacher yet, you’ll be hearing from them soon. These conferences are a great opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher, talk about how things are going, and work together to support your child’s success this year.

Lockdown Drill

Next Wednesday, alongside local law enforcement, we’ll hold a Hold/Secure/Lockdown safety drill at school. These drills are simply one of the ways we prepare our students and staff to respond calmly and confidently if we ever need to. Our goal is for every student to know that the adults at school are here to keep them safe and that they can feel secure while they’re with us. We’ll keep the drill age-appropriate, and there is nothing families need to do to prepare.

Yearbooks

The yearbook order form is attached to this week’s update. Just a reminder that yearbook orders are separate from school picture orders, so you’ll need to use this form if you’d like to purchase a yearbook.

A Quick Reminder for Visitors

Just a reminder that all adults and guests visiting Arbor Park need to check in at the office when they arrive. For everyone's safety, visitors should enter through the gym doors and stop in the office to sign in before heading anywhere else in the building.

Thank you for helping us keep our school safe and making sure we know who is in the building!
