Dear Parents,

Welcome back! We hope you enjoyed a restful and fun fall break with your loved ones. It was wonderful to see our students return this week with smiles, energy, and excitement to learn.

As we move into this busy season filled with learning, celebrations, and special events, our focus remains on high-quality instruction and academic growth. Teachers are working diligently to ensure that every minute of learning time counts. We encourage families to help students stay on track by:

• Maintaining strong attendance and arriving on time each day

• Encouraging students to read daily and complete assignments

• Setting routines that support focus and rest

We’re proud of the hard work our students have shown so far this year, and together we can make this next stretch one of continued progress and success.

• Character Day Parade & Trunk or Treat – We are excited to announce that our annual fall traditions are back! Students will participate in the Character Day Parade, and families are invited to join us!

  • We need your help! Donations of candy or treats are greatly appreciated. Please send the donations by Wednesday 10/29.

¡Bienvenidos de nuevo! Esperamos que hayan disfrutado de un descanso de otoño lleno de descanso y diversión junto a sus seres queridos. Fue maravilloso ver a nuestros estudiantes regresar esta semana con sonrisas, energía y entusiasmo por aprender.

A medida que avanzamos en esta temporada ocupada llena de aprendizaje, celebraciones y eventos especiales, nuestro enfoque sigue siendo en una instrucción de alta calidad y el crecimiento académico. As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Según lo establecido en el Manual de Beneke Elementary, la hora límite para recoger a su hijo(a) es a las 2:45 p.m. Después de esta hora, no entregaremos a los estudiantes, ya que nuestro personal estará enfocado en prepararse para la salida.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

Todos los estudiantes que sean recogidos en automóvil deben ser recogidos a más tardar a las 3:45 p. m. La escuela llamará a los padres de los estudiantes que aún estén en el campus después de las 3:45 p. m. Al llegar, los padres deberán pasar por la oficina principal para firmar la salida del niño. Debe presentar su identificación para firmar la salida de su hijo después de las 3:45 p. m. La policía de Spring ISD y/o los Servicios de Protección Infantil serán contactados por cualquier niño que permanezca después de las 4:30 p. m. Los padres que lleguen después de las 4:00 p. m. en 3 o más ocasiones deberán encontrar una opción de transporte diferente.

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
