Reminder for the 1st Day of School

The first day of school is an Early Dismissal Day (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

Busses may be late on the first days of school with added traffic & construction projects in our area.
If your child is enrolled in SACC, it is open on the first day of school.
Walkers may come onto school grounds starting at 8:45 am.

Rain, Rain Go Away and Come Back Another Day

ARK Families,

It looks like we might have rain tomorrow morning. If it rains we will not have students waiting on the blacktop. Students will enter the building as soon as they arrive starting at 8:45 am.

K-2 students will enter through the main entrance doors and 3-5 students will enter through the 3-5 blacktop doors.

Staff will be posted in and outside the building to direct students to their classrooms.

Keep your fingers crossed for no rain!

Breakfast and Lunch are available all days school is in session

Breakfast is $1.65 and Lunch is $3.00. We do not accept cash payments, all payments are made through https://payschoolscentral.com/.
Families are encouraged to fill out a Free & Reduced Lunch form in the event you qualify, your child(ren) will be provided lunch without a cost to your family. More information can be found here: www.chclc.org/lunch.

Students should bring their district-assigned Chromebooks charged to school on Tuesday

We need to make sure they are working and updated to be used during the school year for assignments and Start Strong Testing in grades 4-5.
If they do not have a school-assigned Chromebook, please make sure to fill out the agreement form online in the parent portal.
We will provide Chromebooks in school to those who do not have them.
If your classroom teacher has asked you to bring in Chromebooks at a later time, follow the teacher's directions.

Students must stay home if they are sick

Call the school attendance line at 856-428-0830 if a child will not be in attendance on any school day
Use the COVID-19 Screening Checklist, Stay Home if Experiencing Symptoms or Awaiting COVID-19 Test Results
Contact the school if your child is COVID positive and we will review the most current guidelines with you
Currently, individuals who are positive must quarantine for 5 days and then can return to school if symptom-free but must be masked for the 5 days after their quarantine.
