Hello Bulldog Families,
Bulldog Nation—Friday nights don’t get much better than this! Tonight, our Varsity football team hits the road to take on Deer Creek. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM, and the weather forecast says it’s going to be the kind of night that makes football in Oklahoma magical—cool air, bright lights, and a stadium full of energy. Tickets are available ahead of time online, so click the link, grab your seat, and let’s pack the stands! CLICK HERE for Tickets
But wait—next week is even bigger. We face our crosstown rivals, Edmond North, and that means one thing: Beat North Week! On Friday, September 12th, we’ll hold our annual Beat North Assembly, and we’ll be on an assembly schedule that day. Get ready for school spirit, loud cheers, and a whole lot of Bulldog pride. Check out the dress-up days for next week—you don’t want to be the one person who forgets and shows up in “regular clothes.” (Trust me, no one wants to be that person.)
And for those who blinked and somehow missed picture day—or those who, let’s be honest, took a picture that looked like they just rolled out of bed—Picture Retake Day is September 24th. It’s your second chance to prove to the yearbook committee that you do in fact own a comb.
It’s an exciting stretch for EMHS, and we can’t wait to see you out supporting the Bulldogs, whether it’s at Deer Creek tonight, in the stands next Friday, or decked out for spirit week in the hallways. Let’s make these next few days ones to remember—Go Dogs! 🐾
