PTSA Staff Appreciation Event "Welcome Back Staff Appreciation Event" - Friday, 2/27/2026

NCHS PTSA will be sponsoring its first staff appreciation event with a “Welcome Back Breakfast Buffet" theme on Friday, feb 27th, 2026.

Please join us on Zoom, Wednesday, 2/4 from 6:00-7:30pm for a suicide prevention training. All parents/caregivers are welcome; this will be a combined event with Inglemoor High School. This training is important for your child and their friends and includes updated information.

• Suicide is the second leading cause of death for youth ages 14-24 in Washington and the United States. Many suicides are preventable! Mental health problems among young adults are more common than many families realize. Parents and family members sometimes struggle to understand their student’s mental health concerns or even to recognize that their student is in distress. Learning that their student is having suicidal thoughts can create extreme stress for the family. This training provides resources to help parents and families support those who are struggling with their mental wellness. More information about Forefront here.

This event is being hosted by NCHS, NCHS PTSA, and NCHS Natural Leaders. The goal of this event is to bring the Jag community together to celebrate all aspects of the rich cultural diversity of North Creek High School.
