A Message from Mr. Bentley
On March 27th, we will gather to celebrate 25 years as a public charter school in Delaware! This is an important milestone and a testament to the strength of our students, staff, families, and community. This special event is an opportunity to connect, celebrate our shared history, and strengthen our sense of belonging as we move forward together. We would love to see our alumni, families, and community supporters at the celebration taking place at the Starboard.

K-12 Updates
Inclement Weather Plans
With the winter storm approaching, we would like to remind families about our plans for school closures and remote learning. If schools are closed, we will send a phone call, text message and email to families. The closure or delay will also be shared on social media and local news stations.
Our Inclement Weather Plan for the 2025-2026 school year has two phases, depending on the length of the weather event:
Day 1 of a Weather Event: This day will be treated as a traditional weather closure. Schools will be closed, and there will be no expectation for staff or students to report to the building or engage in any learning activities.
Day 2 and Beyond: If a weather event requires a second day (or more) of school closure, we will transition to our remote learning plan utilizing asynchronous learning.
Click here to read the communication we shared in October for additional details.
