South Park PTO Spotlight

Bittersweet is the word that comes to mind when thinking about the 5th grade picnic. It's an event that marks an amazing rite of passage for our 5th grade class, but it also means that it is time to bid a fond farewell to our beloved South Park. However, our 5th Grade Picnic Committee knows how to commemorate all of the years spent at South Park with a very special day planned for our 5th graders on June 3 at Jaycee Park!

The committee, comprised of Dana Mandell, Jennifer Siegel, Melanie Rosenbloom, Becky Greene, Becky Wolf and Paula Sklar, has been preparing the past several months to help send-off the 5th grade class with a very memorable day! Lunch from Raising Canes, treats from Kona Ice, entertainment from Bizar, autographed t-shirts, and relays designed to reminisce the years at South Park are all in the plan for the day! We also want to thank the long list of additional volunteers who will be at the picnic to ensure all runs well! We appreciate all that have contributed to making this a wonderful moment for our 5th grade class!

We hope you have a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend!
