Happy Saturday Windsong Ranch Families,

A coworker has a sticker on her laptop that says, β€œTomorrow Needs You.” What a powerful message on such a small sticker. As Hope Week kicks off on Monday, our students will participate in activities designed to build empathy, encourage positive choices, and remind them to look out for one another. Each child has unique gifts, talents, and purpose and the world is better because they are in it.

This special week is all about spreading kindness, showing compassion, and reinforcing that every single person matters. We encourage families to continue the conversation at home by talking about ways to be kind, include others, and make a positive difference in small but meaningful ways. Together, we can help our students see that tomorrow truly does need them.

Have a great weekend! We'll see you back at the Ranch on Monday.

Together we Prosper,

Michelle Qualls

Together We Champion

Our 4th graders took the classroom stage to present their drama unit, bringing characters and stories to life! Through TEKS 4.9C, students explored drama as a genre, analyzing dialogue while building confidence, collaboration, and creativity. They also strengthened their oral language skills by speaking clearly, projecting their voices, and expressing character emotions. It was a great opportunity for students who love to act to truly shine and share their talents with an audience. We are so proud of their expressive performances!

Together We Empower

We love how our instructional coach intentionally carves out time to partner with teams and strengthen instruction. That collaboration and commitment to continuous growth makes a direct impact on teaching and learning across our campus!

BEST PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TEXAS

Named by HEB’s Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.

ABOUT PROSPER ISD

Prosper ISD is a school district located north of Dallas in Collin and Denton Counties. The district spans approximately 58 square miles and serves more than 32,000 students in 20 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, 4 high schools, and one early childhood school.

🫢 THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR SUPPORTING OUR TEACHERS & STUDENTS

In November 2023, an overwhelming majority of voters approved $2.7 billion to continue building excellence in Prosper ISD. Thank you for your continued financial commitment to our district.

And while our facilities are second to none, we know that it is the people who make the difference in Prosper ISD. From our bus drivers to our teachers to our teacher assistants, our staff is here to support students as they pursue their dreams of excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics.
