Jarrell ISD Monday Memo
May 11, 2026
Cougars,
As we begin this week, excitement is building across Jarrell ISD as we prepare to celebrate one of the year's most special milestones—graduation.
On Friday, May 22, at 8:30 pm, we will proudly honor the graduating Class of 2026 and celebrate the hard work, determination, and accomplishments that have brought our seniors to this unforgettable moment.
Graduation is more than a ceremony—it is a celebration of years of learning, growth, friendships, and perseverance. Our students have made us proud in countless ways, and we look forward to cheering them on as they take the next step toward bright futures.
We are also excited for two meaningful traditions leading up to graduation.
Our Senior Awards Ceremony is this Thursday, May 14th, at 6:00 pm at the JHS Performing Arts Center. At the ceremony, students are awarded scholarships and recognized for their achievements.
Our Senior Walk will allow graduating seniors to return to former campuses and be celebrated by younger students and staff who have supported them along the way.
The event is next Monday, May 18th:
- Igo Elementary: 8:40 am
- Jarrell Elementary: 9:20 am
- Jarrell Ranch Middle School: 9:40 am
- Double Creek Elementary: 10:15 am
- Jarrell Middle School: 10:40 am
Be mindful that graduation is a celebratory event, and help us create an honorable and memorable experience for all families. To do this, please plan ahead. Use the following links as an aid:
