Hello Chamber Members and Friends!

Please join us on Tuesday, May 21st for our next Lunch & Learn! Did you know your business can obtain up to $10,000 to help train and further develop your employees through the Northeast Minnesota Office of Job Training's Talent Development Program? Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn more and potentially be able to secure monies to help your business offset its training budget! Their new program year rolls out on July 1st!

The Talent Develop Program (TDP) is business-driven funding assistance for qualifying Minnesota businesses to provide skills training to full-time permanent employees over 18 years of age.

TDP offsets the employer costs to train and upgrade the skills of current workers. Eligible businesses must articulate that by receiving funding assistance through the program their business will not only improve the skills of their workforce but also improve their business processes and competitiveness.

All sizes of businesses are encouraged to apply. They can apply once per our program year (July1-June 30) with multiple trainings per application but cannot exceed a total of $10,000 per year.

RSVP and secure your spot today! We can't wait to see you!

This luncheon will provide time for some networking while enjoying some lunch! We will also have an open forum during the luncheon for those that want to share something with the group about their business or organization.

For a little extra fun we may also be doing a 50/50 drawing, so bring a little extra cash with you!
