New Sign-in / Sign-Out Station

When you visit Boyer this year, you will see a new sign-in / sign-out kiosk. This system has been installed in all Prosper ISD schools. This system adds a layer of security, ensuring only adults with access to your child are checking them in/out of school. Please review the important information below.

You will need a valid driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID to use the new system. While this has always been an expectation, it will now be required for you to independently access the new system.

• If your child is tardy or returning from an appointment, you will need to walk them into the building and sign them in using a Valid ID.
• Upon entering the vestibule, you will see an iPad on a stand near Mrs. Massingill's window. You will follow the on-screen directions to check-in or request your child for check-out. Please note that without a valid ID, the system will not allow access. Once again, this will be a requirement for next year.

• If you are picking up your child early (still no checkouts after 2:30), you will sign them out using your driver's license or passport.
• If you are late picking up your child after school, you will need to come into the building and sign them out using your driver's license or passport.
• If you have designated someone else to pick up your child, they must be an Emergency Contact listed in Skyward. The car tag will no longer be acceptable for check out; instead they must scan their driver's license or passport.
• Changes to your emergency contact list should be made by going to the Student Info tab in Skyward at least one day in advance. It can take up to 24 hours for Skyward to update the new system.

When leaving campus, visitors may check out using the iPad located inside the front office next to Mrs. Massingill, or by using the same iPad in the vestibule.

Our office team will no longer complete check-ins or student check-outs on your behalf. However, they will always be available to support you and answer questions as we all become familiar with the new system.
