Dear Families,

We hope you had a wonderful vacation week! It is always nice to get a break from the routine and re-charge. Tomorrow our learning will be full speed ahead! March is just a few days away, with lots of great activities…and hopefully great weather! Below you will find important information for our school:

Learn about the newest ST Math challenge: March Madness! More information can be found here: March Madness

Don’t miss this month’s SEPAC meeting! They will host the Federation for Children with Special Needs and for a presentation called, “Basic Rights: Understanding the IEP”. This is a great overview for families newly navigating the process of an IEP as well as families that have had previous experience. Tuesday February 28th at 7pm. Our next PBIS Assembly will take place this Friday, March 3rd with a special performance of Irish step dancing to kick off the month of March!

Save the dates for MCAS:

April 4th and 6th - ELA, Grades 3-5
May 10th and 11th - Math, Grade 5
May 16th and 18th - Math, Grades 3 and 4, Science, Grade 5

Every year, each public school and school district in Massachusetts receives a report card from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Please read this important letter regarding the Wessagusset yearly report card: Report Card Letter to Families

Tuesday, March 14th is a half-day with dismissal at 11:50.
