Patriot Family Gazette 11/12/23

Patriot Families,

-Thank you to all of our Patriot Families that have members that have served or are currently serving in our Armed Forces. We appreciate your service for our country and honor you on this Veteran's Day weekend. One final week before our Thanksgiving Break and some important deadlines and dates are coming up. This is the final week for Fall Spirit Gear Pre-Orders, ending on November 17th. Also, AVID applications for 5th graders closes this week as well (see information below). We have an extension on the date for PTA Reflections entries, now open until November 28th.

-Tyler ISD PE Showcase is Tuesday, November 14th at Rose Stadium.

-Next Friday we have Spirit Night at Raising Canes, with portions of the proceeds coming back to our PTA! We hope you can make it!

-We are currently collecting gift cards for our staff for 12 Days of Christmas. Any amount, large or small is great appreciated as we bless our staff this holiday season. You can drop these off in the front office.

- Please drop off by 7:50. Our tardy bell rings at that time and we want our Patriots ready to learn with us.

- We cannot release kids after 2:45 due to dismissal procedures. If you have appointments, please make arrangements to pick up by this time.

- If you are dropping off before 7:15, please use the back loop. This area is staffed and students are directed to the cafe or gym. After 7:15, our front loop will be open.

How can you purchase baseball merchandise specific for Tyler Legacy? The link below is a store the baseball team has set up selling spirit gear and items are available in youth sizes. The online store includes specifics for delivery to each school and a baseball booster club member will deliver the items to each elementary/middle school once the orders come in should your students order. We are currently exploring options to have a Future Red Raiders program with baseball. Thanks so much!
