Trail Blazer Bulletin Apr 28-May 2

Dear Trail Blazer Community
As the school year enters its final four weeks, we've reached the home stretch! Please encourage your students to maintain their focus and continue their hard work right through to the last day.
It's also crucial that students take advantage of available interventions if they need extra support in these final weeks. Now is the time to reach out to teachers and utilize resources to ensure strong academic performance.
Finally, please continue to emphasize the importance of consistent attendance. With the State-mandated 90% attendance requirement, every day counts. Maintaining strong attendance is vital for academic success and to avoid potential course failure.
Teacher Appreciation!
Please join our staff and teachers in the following dress-up days as we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week.
Change to Traditional Lunch - May 1
To help accommodate AP College Board testing logistics we will be switching to Traditional lunch beginning May 1. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
Nurse Information
Parents can access their child's immunization records on their own.
This is your official way of receiving this document with all the proper documentation. FISD Health Services Dept prefers you do it this way too, because then you don't have to come in person. We can no longer send immunizations via email.
Use the following link {parents need to sign in to their parent portal with username/password; this will not work if using the student's portal}:

For anyone that has not purchased a yearbook our publisher has overprinted a small handful of books.

Submit Your Roof of Residency
Families of secondary students should submit Proof of Residency by May 23, 2025.
Secondary students submitting PORs after the deadline may not receive their schedule prior to the start of school.
Schedules will only be released for students who have completed the annual registration process, submitted a valid POR and have no holds on campus.
Two steps to complete 25-26 registration:
Annual Returning Registration: You must complete this or your student will not be able to start on the first day of school (August 13, 2025).
Proof of Residency: Please upload a copy of your most recent Proof of Residency (water, gas or electric statement only). (Visit www.friscoisd.org/about/enrollment/proof-of-residency)
If you are submitting an affidavit, both the guardian and the homeowner must be present at the school to meet with an Assistant Principal. Email the Data Clerk at slaglea@friscoisd.org to request an appointment. It is important to note that the deadline to submit a valid Proof of Residency is May 23, 2025 for secondary students to view their schedule on the first release date. Secondary students submitting Proof of Residency after the deadline may not receive their schedule prior to the start of school.
Transferring to another FISD campus: Please complete the annual returning registration and upload your “New” proof of residency and we will take care of the transfer for you.
Not returning to Lebanon Trail or FISD next school year: Please complete the annual returning registration and indicate where your student will be attending so we can send official records.
If you’re leaving Lebanon Trail or FISD, please make sure all school items are returned before departure. (Chromebook, library books, textbooks, sport uniforms, etc)
Haven’t registered yet? It’s not too late! Learn more about registration for 2025-26.

Non-FISD approved stoles, leis, cords and/or any other non-FISD-approved outerwear are not permitted at graduation ceremonies.
Caps and/or other FISD-approved regalia and/or attire may not be decorated or amended in any way that disrupts uniformity amongst graduates. For example, a student may wear their personal jewelry or a small pendant, but may not wear a jacket, shawl, etc. that would make the student appear distractingly dissimilar to their graduating peers.
- All items that don’t conform to the above guidelines will be confiscated when students check in at the Ford Center and it is the responsibility of the student to collect those items during diploma pick-up immediately following commencement ceremonies. Lebanon Trail is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
