Cafeteria
Hello St. John Parents and Staff,
My name is Melissa Templeton and I am St. John’s Cafeteria Manager. We are ready to
start our 4th year providing St. John's students with an in-house lunch program. I want to take a moment to let you know a little bit about our lunch program. We strive to serve your children
healthy, fresh foods to nourish the body and mind. All of our food is baked, not fried. We choose
the freshest ingredients and most of our items are made from scratch, fresh each day.
Everything is prepared and cooked per lunch group, so your child is receiving hot fresh food,
not items that are sitting in a warmer for hours. We offer several choices for lunch each day and
serve appropriate portions per age group. If your child has finished their lunch and is still
hungry, they can fill up on an assortment of fresh fruits and veggies available at all times for ALL
children regardless if they purchased a lunch or not. We call it the “Fill-up Station”.
We are “Meat-free” on Fridays.

purchase these items, please email me at Cafeteria@sjnok.org or Ms. Jessica directly
and they will be added to a restricted list. If not restricted, your child will be allowed to
purchase them on your account. Please have a conversation with your child regarding
your expectations.
