A Great First Week!
Our first week of school was a hit! Students and teachers were excited and eager to begin learning, building relationships, and settling into their new routines. Thank you to our families for your patience, support, and partnership as we kicked off the new school year. We are looking forward to an amazing year of learning, growth, and success at Magnolia Parkway Elementary!
Parent Transportation Change Form
Beginning next week, all transportation changes must be submitted through our Google Form. This will help us receive, organize, and manage requests more efficiently.
Please submit the form for:
- Any change to your student’s permanent mode of transportation, such as changing from car rider to bus rider or from bus rider to car rider.
- Any day your student will go home differently from their usual transportation method.
For example, if your student normally rides the bus Monday through Friday, but will be a car rider on Tuesday and Wednesday, a form must be submitted for both days.

Each transportation change will require a new form to be submitted.
Free and Reduced Lunch Application
Child Nutrition is offering several ways to access the Free and Reduced Lunch Application that is paperless!
- Visit the Free & Reduced Application website https://nlappscloud.com/. Click on the green button in the center of the screen that says START APPLICATION.
- Visit the MISD website, under Departments find Child Nutrition.Click on the HOME page on the top of screen. In the first paragraph "Meal Applications" click the https://nlappscloud.com/ link. Click on the green button in the center of the screen that says START APPLICATION.
- Scan the QR code below, and also on the flyer attached. This takes you directly to https://nlappscloud.com/.
