Principal's Message:
A Message from the Principal
What a week to be an Eagle!
One thing I've learned during my first few months at Giesinger is that this community knows how to show up for our children! Between Breakfast with Buddies, our PTO Dance, and Trunk or Treat, this week has been filled with opportunities to make memories and celebrate what makes Giesinger so special.
As principal, I spend a lot of time thinking about academics, student growth, and ways we can continue making our school even better. But I also believe some of the most meaningful moments in a child's school experience happen outside the classroom. They happen when a child sees their family walk through our doors, when a teacher gives up an evening to make students smile, or when our community comes together simply because we love our kids.
Those moments matter. They create a sense of belonging, and every child deserves to feel that they belong.
I want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to our PTO, staff, volunteers, and families for the time, energy, and love you pour into Giesinger. Our school is special because of the people who fill it!
Next week brings even more fun with Red Ribbon Week! Be sure to check out our dress-up schedule so your Eagle can participate in the fun.
I hope you enjoy a wonderful weekend filled with rest, laughter, and a little family time.
Thank you for being part of our Nest!
Get Your Eagle On!
With Eagle Pride,
Angela Fonville
