Pirate Post 9/12/2025

🏴‍☠️💜💛 Our momentum is truly unstoppable! I’m so proud of each parent, student and staff member ! You all keep showing what it means to have a "Pirate Mentality." You help one another, watch each other’s backs, and we all sail full speed ahead together! Take some time to look inward and see if there are places where that “crab mentality” 🦀 sneaks in. I discovered this week that I have a few crab claws of my own I’m working on 🦀. Let’s trade those claws for hooks and keep pulling each other upward. Together, this Pirate ship is unstoppable! ⚓🏴‍☠️💜💛 This was a long week in regard to getting into full steam of a new year. Several times as I walked around the building, I observed students correcting one another in terms of crab vs. pirate mentality. I know that if we are seeing this top notch behavior at the school, its definitely happening out and about within the community! I am so proud and excited every day that I wake up to the opportunity to come in and work with our parents and students!!!!
