Have Fun and Help Raise Money for UUFH!
Looking for a way to support UUFH while enjoying a great night of theater? Go see Godspell!
Here’s how it works:
- Buy a ticket to Godspell
- Save your ticket receipt
- Turn your receipt in to Steve Tipps on May 17 or May 24
For every receipt turned in, $5 will be donated to UUFH!
Godspell is based on the Gospel of Luke and celebrates a message of love, compassion, community, and joy. UUFH’s own Joff Masukawa stars as Jesus, while Steve Tipps joins the ensemble cast singing, dancing, and sharing parables about caring for one another.
Come support local theater, celebrate our talented UUFH community members, and help keep the chalice glowing bright.
Volunteers are still needed, so click here if you're interested in helping out.
May 31st - Summer Read Kickoff
Inspired by the UU Common Read, we will inaugurate the new UUFH Summer Read beginning on May 31st in the Fellowship Hall.
In order to deepen our understanding of the centrality of love in our new UUA Article II, we will read together the collection of essays in the volume, “Love at the Center: Unitarian Universalist Theologies”, edited by UUA President Dr. Sofía Betancourt.
This year our curriculum will be simplified to focus on sharing and interactive discussion. The series of four sessions will be at 12:30 - 2 p.m. in Fellowship Hall on: May 31, June 28, July 12, Aug 23.
Click here to order a copy of the book, or if you need a free copy of the book, email Sunday Shae.
