After all, learning takes energy, and a healthy school lunch helps fuel students for a great day in the classroom and beyond!

Tech Tip of the Week: Looks Real. Sounds Real. Is It Real?
As we continue recognizing Cybersecurity Awareness Month, this week’s focus is on AI safety and deepfakes. Artificial intelligence (AI) can be a powerful and useful tool, but it can also be misused to create convincing voices, images, videos, and messages that impersonate people we know or trust.
This week’s Tech Tip explores how this type of AI-generated content can make it harder to tell what’s real and what may have been created to mislead us. Understanding how AI can be used in these ways helps us think critically about what we see and hear, recognize possible scams, and make informed decisions.
