Another fun week at TES! The staff enjoyed a secret Spirit Week, and by Wednesday we suspected the students were starting to catch on. Wednesday’s theme was “Wear a Tiara or Crown.” For a while, “I was feeling special this morning” satisfied their curiosity—but soon the questions began. Thursday’s “Anything but a Cup” day definitely gave it away, and on Friday students loved seeing the staff dressed in tie-dye.
Next week is our whole-school Spirit Week! A flyer outlining each day’s theme was sent home last week, and I've attached it again below for your reference. We hope your children have a great time showing their TES spirit! 🎉
Friday (today) was our first One School, One Book activities afternoon! Students had the opportunity to explore nests and eggs, discover different ways of communicating using all of their senses, create bookmarks and nature journals, and enjoy a quiet reading time for those who preferred a calmer activity. We hope all who attended had a wonderful afternoon.
