No Cough Drops in School
Cough drops are not allowed at school. They can be kept in the health office for your student with the following three steps:
Cough drops need to be dropped off by a parent; they cannot be sent in a student's backpack
Cough drops need to be in an unopened package, not just individually wrapped drops
The district medication authorization form completed by parent and doctor, not a doctor's note

News from the LMC
The Book Fair is almost here!! We hope you will stop in to the LMC during conferences to grab some amazing new books. The fair will also be open for students to shop throughout this coming week (October 19-23). Your child will be coming home with a flyer and an envelope to make their shopping experience as easy as possible. You can get a sneak peak at titles or even shop online using this link (abcfairs.com). Your support will help us grow our collection and will continue to allow us to bring in celebrated authors and illustrators for FREE!
We are also still looking for volunteers to help run our fair. If you are interested and available, please add your name to this sign up sheet.

Please let your child's teacher know if you do not want them to participate.
We will celebrate Halloween on Friday, October 30th. All grade levels will have lunch/recess from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Many parents take their children home for lunch on Halloween. If you plan to take your child home, please complete this form by October 26th. This will help us plan for the number of students going home or staying for lunch at school.
