Hello Families,

It’s been a fun and festive week at TDA! Students celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with Lotería and piñatas at lunch, while our staff enjoyed a special nacho bar! Hallways are buzzing with creativity as we prepare to judge our door decorating contest, and excitement is building for the upcoming dance featuring live music from Descendenciatexana. On the academic side, our 10th graders are gearing up for the PSAT on October 17th, an important step in their college and career readiness journey.

SAT Weekend dates are listed below. Testing locations are in surrounding high schools (not TDA). We currently have a limited number of free waivers for SAT Weekend. See your counselor to see if you qualify.

Becoming a Canvas Observer gives you a front-row seat to your student’s learning. You’ll be able to view assignments (with timestamps), see time spent in each course, and communicate directly with your child’s teacher.
