Literacy Implementation Network
Connecting Leaders to Drive Literacy Outcomes
2025-2026 SST6 Literacy Leader Network
Calling all Literacy Leaders in Grades K-12, including building principals, literacy coaches, teacher leaders, and curriculum personnel. Starting on October 29, join us as a team to discover how to strengthen literacy practices through the lens of a Multi-Tiered System of Support framework (MTSS). Throughout the 25-26 school year, these sessions will allow you to explore how an MTSS framework supports effective literacy instruction aligned to the Science of Reading.
Participants will engage with anchor documents from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce and collaborate with fellow school leaders to take actionable steps to improve literacy outcomes in their respective school building or district. Each session will highlight a key component of the framework, including Assessment, Teaming Structures, and a Proactive Continuum of Supports to enhance implementation of a core ELA curriculum and data analysis at the student level.
Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies aligned with Ohio’s Plan to Raise Literacy Achievement and a renewed commitment to leading literacy work across their systems.
