North Little Rock School District

The NLRSD will hold one more community forum to discuss capital improvement plans, which include the construction of a brand new middle school campus and to relocate the Center of Excellence to the Ole Main Building.

This upcoming meeting will take place on Zoom on Monday, November 6 at 6:00 p.m.

We invite you to join, to hear from district leaders about plans, and to make suggestions.

The Curriculum Innovation and Design Department has prepared a number of curricula resources to provide families with information on the literacy and math concepts being taught for various grade levels.

Youth basketball is back!

This weekend will be the jamboree for our elementary and sixth grade basketball teams. Please see the schedule. All games will take place in the middle school gym. Cash is the only form of payment for admission and for concession.

North Little Rock High School is one of fifty high schools in the nation and the only high school in Arkansas to present Frozen: The Musical. This Theatre Arts Department entered a national contest to earn this right. The show takes place in November 9-12.

As part of the cast, the department reached out to the district's youngest students to participate and to be a part of the musical. This video allows you to hear how student actors and the preparation that it takes to prepare for such a production.

Some hard-working middle schoolers had a chance to eat off campus for lunch for having all A's. Congratulations!
