From Your Executive Director
Wrapping Up a Wonderful Golf Outing and 2024/25 Season!
As the 2024–2025 season comes to a close, the D95 Educational Foundation is reflecting with full hearts and gratitude. We’re thrilled to share that we wrapped up this incredible year with a successful Golf Outing! Not only did we enjoy a day filled with laughter, connection, and friendly competition - but most importantly, we raised funds to support District 95.
This event was the perfect finale to a season packed with purpose. Over the past year, the Foundation has launched new grants, supported innovative initiatives, and strengthened our commitment to enriching educational experiences across D95. From classrooms to community events, we've had the privilege of watching your support make a real and lasting difference.
None of this would be possible without YOU - our community of donors, volunteers, D95 staff, families, and friends. Your generosity and encouragement fuel every step forward.
From all of us at the D95 Educational Foundation: Thank you for making this year one to remember. We can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together next season.

2024/2025 FOUNDATION SEASON UPDATE
This Season In Recap
This season, we’re proud to share that the Foundation has funded $68,800 in grants, scholarships, initiatives, and innovative programming that directly support District 95 students and educators. From classroom enhancements and student-led projects to scholarships and district-wide initiatives, these funds are an investment in brighter futures and enriched learning. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we’re able to continue turning big ideas into real impact.
A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO OUR RETIRING TRUSTEES
Billy Heisler and Jennifer McGrath
We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to two incredible trustees, Billy Heisler and Jennifer McGrath, for their meaningful contributions to the Foundation. Billy Heisler, who served on the board this past year, will continue supporting the Foundation in a new capacity - as a board liaison advising our scholarship team - while returning to a teaching role at MSN. We’re so thankful for his continued involvement and passion for education. Jennifer has dedicated seven years of service, offering invaluable insight and commitment throughout her tenure. As she steps away to focus on her thriving career at Hollister, Inc. and to cheer on her teenage daughters in their busy lives, we wish her all the best and are deeply grateful for her lasting impact.
Thank You For Serving On The Foundation Board
