Corewell Health Update
At Adams we are lucky to have the Corewell Clinic on site to help take care of our students. There are instances where a student gets hurt in the gym, their allergies flare up, or they need more urgent assistance due to an asthma attack. The Clinic Staff are here to help you. Services they can provide include: sports physicals, check ups, vaccines, asthma care, hearing and vision screening, and some sick visits for ages 3 to 21 years. Vaccines are never given without written parent consent. The Clinic can test for Strep throat, Flu and Covid in the clinic. The Nurse Practitioner prides herself on good communication with families; she calls before and after she sees your student to discuss the visit. The Corewell School Based Clinic is funded by a grant from MDHHS. The clinic accepts and bills all insurances, but you'll never get a bill for copays or deductibles. You will not be turned away for inability to pay. The clinic staff can also help you apply for Medicaid.
After our break, we will be sending Corewell Clinic consents home and having a little competition between classes. The class, from each grade, with the most consents returned will get a pizza party at our March movie day. Consents should be returned to the clinic or main office.
If you have questions about the clinic, or want some clarity on the services they provide, please call the clinic at 734-728-2423.
Parents can also email SchoolClinicAdams@CorewellHealth.org and request a consent form via email.

2026 - 2027 Scheduling!
Hi Eagles parents!
It’s that time of the year when 6th and 7th grade students will choose which electives they are interested in taking next year. At this time, we are asking parents/guardians to review the Course Description Guide with their student and discuss which electives they are interested in taking next year. Below is the schedule when Counselors will be in classrooms for students to rank their electives in order of preference. Due to a variety of factors, not every elective will be offered at Adams next school year, however, we make every effort to place students in their top elective choices. Schedules are not finalized until late August, so this is the first step in the six month scheduling process.
