Message from Mrs. Jones
As I reflect on the events of this last week, I am so thankful for our extended Fallbrook community! On Wednesday, many community representatives came to campus to serve on a panel of speakers sharing about their professions; among them were a fire captain, tax advisor, physical therapist, police officer, chef/restaurant owner, attorney, and real estate agent. Others gave of their time to participate in a college and career fair available to students throughout the day. On Friday evening, many in the community braved the cooler weather to celebrate Homecoming festivities alongside our students. On Saturday, members of our school community went above and beyond as volunteer chaperones for this year's Homecoming Dance to ensure a safe and memorable evening for our students. We truly feel the support of this "Friendly Village," and extend a huge thank you to all who participated in some way!
Did you know that our cafeteria is able to offer students an optional after-school "supper"? Students wishing to participate in after-school programming or extracurriculars are able to scan ID cards for a supper meal. Because this program links directly to providing food for students who are staying beyond the school day, students must consume food in the cafeteria before heading to their after-school activities. Please help us keep this valuable program in place by reminding your students that they must eat in the cafeteria during the supper meal!
