Amplify/mCLASS - Tier 2 RELA Materials of Instruction
The Board approved the purchase of a progress monitoring tool, intervention resources, and professional development from Amplify in order to support the literacy development of striving readers. Fiscal Impact: $86,746.60 Budget Source: CLSD Grant.
HMH Focal Texts - Tier 1 RELA Materials of Instruction
The Board approved the purchase of focal texts from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) to support the literacy development of all readers. Fiscal Impact: $60,769.92 Funding Source: CLSD Grant.
New Bus Purchase
The Board approved the contract with American Bus Sales and Services to purchase two (2) 2026 Thomas Saf-T-Liner C2 buses. Fiscal Impact: $324,120. Budget Source: FY26 Local CIP Funds.
Used Van Purchase
The Board approved the contract with American Bus Sales and Services to purchase two (2) 2024 MB Sprinter 12 Passenger vans. Fiscal Impact: $123,180. Budget Source: FY26 Local CIP Funds.
2025-2028 Bay Area Transportation, LLC Contract Approval
The Board approved the contract with Bay Area Transportation, LLC to transport Queen Anne's County Public Schools students from August 6, 2025 until June 30, 2028 per the agreement. Budget Source: FY26 Operating Budget.

Kent Island High School Tennis Courts Contract Approval
The Board approved the award of a construction contract for replacement of the courts, plus the soil cement allowance, to ATC, to remove and replace the four tennis courts at KIHS. Fiscal Impact: $373,083.25. Funding Source: FY26 Local CIP Funds.
