ASE Clubs and Activities
Get ready for an amazing semester—ASE Clubs are now in full swing at all four sites! Check out your site's fall calendar above to discover an exciting lineup of weekly clubs and activities that are designed to challenge and engage your child.
Our passionate adult group leaders and high school counselors are bringing clubs to life based on what students are most excited about. At the end of September, students signed up for their favorite clubs. Be sure to check the schedules so your child does not miss their favorite club. Please note that, while we strive to stick to the schedule, some last-minute changes may occur due to staffing and space.
Registration for Paid Enrichment Classes
It's not too late to sign up for any of the three paid enrichment classes that are being offered during ASE: Chess, Code Wiz, and Ja Shin Do (Karate).
- Chess with Chess Wizards - Chess classes and lessons are based around the original, fun, and high-energy Chess Wizards curriculum. Regardless of a child’s ability Chess Wizards makes chess fun for all!
- Coding with Code Wiz - Code Wiz is an award-winning coding school for children! We believe every child has an inner genius and tons of creativity just waiting to be unlocked!
- Ja Shin Do (Karate) - Grand Master Instructor Kwan Jang Nim Ms. Camille teaches students the martial arts of Ja Shin Do. The course develops the Five S’s of Ja Shin Do: Self Discipline, Self Respect, Self Esteem, Self Control, Self Confidence.

Tucker ASE Fall Event
Please save the date for the Tucker ASE Fall Family Event. All Tucker ASE families are invited for light refreshments and fun fall activities on Friday, October 17 at 4:30-5:30 pm.

Early Dismissal Day Program
Please note that your ASE tuition and enrollment does not include attendance during early dismissal days.
ASE students who regularly attend on the day of an early dismissal are eligible to sign up for the Early Dismissal Day Program. ED program days end at 5:00 pm for MCS staff trainings. Currently all early dismissal days are scheduled for Wednesdays. If your child is enrolled in the Tues/Thurs weekly program option they are not eligible to attend.
Registration for the November 19th early dismissal day closes on Wednesday, November 12th. Registration closes a week prior to the scheduled ED day to allow our team time to plan for staffing and events. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late registrations.
Please click the link below to sign your child up for all ED days that they are qualified to attend. If you are adding an additional day to a previous registration, Arbiter will require you to click "Create Duplicate" to proceed. Please note that there are no refunds or credits for ED days not attended and/or canceled.
