Tomorrow will be our uniform exchange. This will be held in the school auditorium from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and again from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. This is a great time to pick up gently used (and sometimes even tags on!) uniform items for free or donation.

Mrs. Brown still needs help with set up and clean up. Please consider offering an hour or two of your time. Many hands, make light work.

Reminder - if you haven't set up your Power School Parent Account, please do so. This is a requirement from the diocese moving forward. You will be receiving forms to update via PowerSchool in July.

Due to renovations occurring in the main hallway and various scheduling conflicts, our June office hours will be by appointment only.

Items may be dropped off at any time in the box by the main entrance at the top right of the courtyard. Although the box will be checked regularly, we would appreciate a quick email or call to notify us of your drop-off.

Saint John School has received scholarships from BRIDGE Educational Foundation for both PreK and K-5 students for the 2026-2027 school year. Please see below for additional details.

To be eligible for scholarships, families of students must be below the maximum adjusted gross income (AGI) based on the number of dependents:

**NEW THIS YEAR: If you applied for Financial Aid through STS, you do not need to submit your Federal 1040. STS is able to provide third-party eligibility information directly to Bridge Foundation. You still need to complete the appropriate application.

If you did not complete an application through STS, please follow the instructions in Section C of the application.

There is no fee to apply. A separate application is required for each student.

PreK BRIDGE Scholarship

Saint John the Evangelist Catholic School has a total of $5,000 in Bridge Foundation PreK EITC tuition scholarships.

Please be advised that there is a 10-hour community service requirement for the families that accept this scholarship money. Families will have one year from the time that the scholarship is received to complete the 10 hours.

Please return the completed application and required documentation to the school office, attention of Mrs. St. Amant, by Friday, July 10, 2026.

K-5 BRIDGE Scholarship

Saint John the Evangelist Catholic School has a total of $8,500 in Bridge Foundation K-5 EITC tuition scholarships.

Please be advised that there is a 40-hour community service requirement for the families that accept this scholarship money. Families will have one year from the time that the scholarship is received to complete the 40 hours.

Please return the completed application(s) and required documentation to the school office, attention of Mrs. St. Amant, by Friday, July 10, 2026.

The Home and School Association has one more position left to fill. As the Treasurer, you would keep track of the Home and Schools financial records and put together a report to bring and share at meetings. If you are interested and have a child entering Kindergarten through Fifth grade, please let us know. You can tell Mrs. Tice, Melissa Price (Secretary), Megan McGoran (President), or Heather Shevchik O'Brien (Vice President).
