We understand that having high school and middle school students share a building may bring questions. This section provides information about schedules, shared spaces, and expectations to help students and families understand how both groups will successfully learn and grow together.

  • Administrative Team: Principal: Dr. Becker and Assistant Principals: Mr. Prietz & Mr. Kochenour. Note: Mrs. Golden and Mrs. Glass are now serving as the Principal and Assistant Principal, respectively, at Alloway Creek Elementary School (ACES).

  • Athletic Entrance: Located on the stadium side of the building. These doors remain locked during the school day. This entrance will open at 2:45pm daily.

  • Bathrooms: Hallways are color-coded. A student's bathroom pass must match the color of the hallway where their class is located.
  • Breakfast: Middle school students will report to the cafeteria for breakfast and remain there until homeroom opens. High school students may pick up breakfast from the Grab & Go Café located in the lobby area before reporting to homeroom.
  • Bus Loop: Located on the front of the building. Reserved for buses between 7:00am - 7:35am & 2:00pm -2:45pm. Students will use doors 1 or 1A.
  • Gyms: Middle school students will use the Gold Gym, and high school students will use the Blue Gym. Each gym has its own designated locker rooms, which should be used by the students assigned to that gym.
  • Late Arrivals or Early Departures: When school is in session, students & visitors will enter/depart at Door 1B which is the Main Office entrance on the Bus Loop.
  • Lunch: Middle school and high school students will have separate lunch periods. The two groups will not be in the lunchroom at the same time.
  • Parent Loop: Located on the Parkway side of the building (track side). Reserved for student drop off / pick up between 7:00am - 7:35am & 2:15pm & 2:45pm. Students will use door 33.
  • Parents / Guardians & Visitors: All parents / guardians & visitors are required to show Proof of Identification to leave the Main Office area.
  • Parking During the School Day:

*Visitor Parking: Visitors should park in the Bus Loop parking lot and use Door 1B to enter the Main Office.

*Student Parking (Student parking tag required): The student parking lot is located near the Tennis Courts. Limited student parking spaces are also available in the Parent Loop and Athletic Entrance parking lots.

*Staff Parking (Staff parking tag required): Staff may park in the following designated areas: Athletic Entrance, Bus Loop, Parent Loop and behind the building parking lots.

  • Stairwells: Some stairwells are clearly marked for use by either middle school or high school students only. Students must use the stairwells designated for their grade level. The two main stairwells may be used by both middle and high school students.
