Elementary conferences: Early release March 28-29

Elementary spring parent/teacher conferences are taking place March 28 and 29. On these days, students will be released at 12:15. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Middle and high schools remain on their normal full-day schedule.

The school will be open in the afternoon; please stop by to shop the Book Fair and check the lost and found.

Note: On these early dismissal days, afternoon bus stop drop-off times will be 3.5 hours earlier than when students are currently dropped off.

We recognize that early dismissal often requires changes to your student's departure plans. Please call the office as soon as possible to make these changes. On Tuesday and Wednesday, any changes for that day must be made by 11:30. If you need to pick your child up early, please do so by 11:45.

Lost and Found

Our lost and found is overflowing again! Feel free to come by and look for your student's belongings. Items not claimed will be donated during Spring Break.

Tuesday, March 28, 3:00-5:00 p.m.

To help welcome next year's kindergartners and their families, we will host a Kindergarten Roundup. Prior to kinder screening, Roundup provides students/families an opportunity to physically tour school and meet important people as well as get pertinent information regarding registration.

If you know of a student that will turn 5 by August 31, please encourage their parents to register as soon as possible. We have a couple of activities coming up that we would like to include them in. More information can be found here: https://www.sumnersd.org/kindergarten

“MUNCH MADNESS” CEREAL DRIVE - GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY

WOW!!! DRUMROLL PLEASE… We have a DEE record total of 5,395 boxes of cereal donated. We can still accept donations on Monday and Tuesday, but these will not count toward classroom totals. Here are the totals as of 4:00pm today - we really finished strong!
