Happy October! Fall is here!

We started today observing over 100 pumpkins!

Here was our powerful lesson....be sure to ask your child about this!

PUMPKINS are UNIQUE and are grown for different purposes....just like WE are all UNIQUE and have different purposes and talents! Thanks to the Miller family for sharing these fun pumpkins from their patch!

Sometimes we feel like a broken record- but please see these top few items to help your child succeed.

1)ATTENDANCE is so important! We want your kids in school! See the top 5 reasons it matters. If students do have a fever or sick, please keep them at home. However, if they are healthy- we need them at school. We can't teach them if they aren't here!

2)Please be sure to sign up for Parent Teacher conferences! We think you will get the best SCOOP 🍧🍦🍨 on how to help your child.

3)Reminder- SLEEP matters for kids! It makes them SMARTER because they can focus. Help get your child to bed without technology at night. 💤🛌🌛😴

4)October is a busy month in our community. Please glance at all the photos below to help involve your child in our community.

Studies show that consistent attendance from Pre-K gives the best start for early literacy development. Students who aren't reading on grade level by 3rd grade have a lower chance of graduating. It starts that early!

Don't miss out on hands-on learning experiences! Kindergarten just had apple day with interactive centers. Our students will be headed to Hyattville, Bryant Honey, Thermopolis, and more adventures to come!

Attending daily allows students to foster strong social bonds and an inclusive peer network. Students who develop their social skills through school attendance have more positive relationships, overall.

Good attendance instills vital skills like punctuality, time management and self-discipline. A big part of succeeding is learning how to learn. Daily attendance from elementary onwards helps students build their toolbox of strategies for success.

Excellent attendance correlates to higher career achievement and earnings potential. And not just that! It correlates to better physical and mental health, healthier relationships, and a happier quality of life. Something we want for every child!
