School Site Council (SSC) Election Results

Our election is over for School Site Council, and the winner is Araceli Vega! Congratulations! Thank you to all the candidates and voters for your participation in our election.

Online Data Confirmation (ODC)

There are only 9 days left to complete the Online Data Confirmation and help us raise special funds at $2,000 per student for this year. All students who have a completed confirmation have been automatically entered into a special drawing for prizes in our student store! We need 202 more students confirmed. That's over $400,000 we could earn. Click on this LINK to complete the confirmation now!

Minimum Day

Wednesday, September 9th, is a Minimum Day. Students will be dismissed at 11:20 AM.

Families, please take a few minutes to complete Online Data Confirmation (ODC). Completing ODC ensures that we have your child’s current contact information and all required annual forms for the school year.

To complete the ODC:

1. Go to the Aeries Parent & Student Portal and log in. If you do not have a log in, please follow the prompts to create an account. If you need assistance with this, please call our school's office.
   
   
2. Once logged in, if you have not completed the ODC a pink banner will appear across the top of your screen prompting you to complete the process. Follow the prompts and select "Finish and Submit" to finalize the data confirmation.

Every completed confirmation helps raise $2,000 per student for our school. Thank you for partnering with us and helping us start the year strong!

When your student is going to be absent for the day for any reason, please remember to call our office that day to report the student's absence. You can reach us at 209-331-7541 or email the attendance clerk at jasordaz@lodiusd.net. You have 10 days to clear an absence. Otherwise, the absence will remain UNEXCUSED.

Keep in mind not all absences are excused by LUSD. If the absence is for medical appointments remember to always ask for a doctor's note. Please have the student bring the doctor's note to the office when they return to school. If the student is late to school they should check into the office first. Students tardy to school receive lunch detention.

For early pickups, the person picking up the student must be on the student's emergency contacts and always show their ID to office staff. We encourage you to schedule student medical/dental appointments after school hours or during school breaks. We understand some early pickups are unavoidable, therefore try to always provide us with a doctor's note within 10 days to clear the medical absence. We appreciate families working with us to ensure the student is in school daily and on time. If you have any questions about attendance please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
